    Refund Policy – Smile Fare

    At Smile Fare, we strive to provide the best flight and hotel combo deals. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy below:

    1. Flight & Hotel Bookings: Refund eligibility depends on the airline and hotel policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable or have cancellation charges.
    2. Cancellation Requests: Customers must request cancellations via our support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure/check-in. Late requests may result in no refund.
    3. Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
    4. Partial Refunds: If only one component (flight or hotel) is canceled, the refund will be issued per the respective provider’s policy.
    5. Service Fees: Smile Fare’s service fees are non-refundable.
    6. No-Show Policy: No refunds are provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
    7. Force Majeure: Refunds due to natural disasters, airline cancellations, or government restrictions depend on provider policies.
